Mission Statement

We, the Parish of Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church, are an integral part of the Catholic Diocese of Richmond.  We proclaim God's love and the Good News of Jesus Christ to all by embracing the Church's Sacred Scriptures and teachings.

We are committed to strengthening our Mission of Service by encouraging stewardship centered on ways to better serve our parish and community as set forth in the themes of Catholic Social Teachings.   We believe our faith is expressed by our diversity, inclusiveness and commitment to serve others.  We encourage all to join in our Community by participating in our worship and volunteering to share their time, God-given gifts, and talents.

New Evangelization

ChristLife is Here...

St. Gregory the Great Church is pleased to begin a new program as part of the New Evangelization Parish Plan. The program is called ChristLife: Discovering Christ and its goal is to help prepare us to grow closer to Christ both personally and as a member of a spiritual community.

The format of the program is easy, delicious, and fun. You would attend a series of seven sessions, meeting from 6:45 pm to 9:15 pm. There is one all-day retreat as well. The evenings include dinner, fellowship, music, and group discussion in response to brief DVD presentations. There is no homework. The program is free to participants.
