Mission Statement

We, the parish community of Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church in the Diocese of Richmond, are called to proclaim God's love and the Good News of Jesus Christ to all. We respect the value and dignity of each person as a child of our loving God. We are committed to the practices and beliefs of the Gospel and the Church's teachings. We will proclaim and accomplish our mission by bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ and the Catholic Christian faith to people of all ages through genuine Worship that emphasizes Faith, increased Understanding and Spiritual Experience.

Sixteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time

LISTEN!

Today’s parables show how the good news changes and enlarges all it touches. We respond to the revealing of things hidden with awe, prayer, faith and action. When awe tongue ties us, the Holy Spirit speaks for us and in us, leading our witness and actions toward the light of the kingdom of the Father. Listen, anyone who has ears to hear!
